Formulation method

Emulsification Methods:

▽Agent-in-Oil Method    Recommended!
(1) Disperse #1-13 uniformly disperse at 70 ℃.
(2) Heat Phase C at 70 ℃. 
(3)


Gradually add Phase (2) to (1) and emulsify.
(Dispersing mixer 4500rpm, 30 sec.
After application, 2000rpm, 2 min, About 70℃).
(4) Cool it down with dispersing. Add Phase D in 45℃ and disperse.

 

 ▽Liquid Crystal Emulsification Method
(1) Heat Phase A at 70 ℃.
(2) Heat Phase B at 70 ℃.
(3) Heat Phase C at 70 ℃.
(4)

Gradually add (2) to (1).
(Dispersing mixer 4500rpm, 30 sec, About 70℃)
(5)

Gradually add Phase (3) to (4) and emulsify.
(Dispersing mixer 4500rpm, 30 sec. After application, 2000rpm, 2 min, About 70℃).
(6) Cool it down with dispersing. Add Phase D in 45℃ and disperse.
