Plandool™-PM/MAS: 100% plant-derived sterol-type paste ester. Forms intercellular lamellar structure-like liquid crystals and improves skin barrier functions in short term.
Has moisture feeling without tackiness and phospholipid-unique texture.
Ceramide encapsulated Phytocompo™-C can emulsify any type of oils without HLB.

Formulation method

Disperse Phase A until uniforming. |
| (2) |
Add Phase B to (1) and disperse at 70℃. |

Heat Phase C at 70℃ and dissolve uniformly. |

Heat Phase D at 70℃ and dissolve uniformly. |

Gradually add (3) to (2). (Disper 4,500rpm, 30 sec, around 70℃) |

Gradually add (4) to (5) and emulsify. (Dispersing mixer 4,500rpm, 30 sec. After application, 2,000rpm, 2 min, About 70℃.) |

Cool it down while stirring. |
| (8) |
Add Phase E at 45℃ and stir. |
