Formulation method
| (1) | Disperse Phase A until uniforming. |
| (2) | Add Phase B to (1), and heat to approx. 70℃. And disperse. |
| (3) | Heat Phase C at 70℃ and dissolve uniformly. |
| (4) | Heat Phase D at 70℃. |
| (5) | Gradually add (3) to (2). (Disper 4,500rpm, 30 sec, approx. 70℃) |
| (6) | Gradually add (4) to (5) and emulsify (Dispersing mixer 4,500rpm, 30 sec. After application, 2000rpm, 2 min, approx. 70℃). |
| (7) | Cool it down while stirring. |
