Phytocompo™-PP: Complex of Hydrogenated Lecithin & Phytosterols,this 100% plant-derived emulsifier can emusify any type of oils without HLB.  
Formulated 32% Petroleum jelly soothes skin gently. Phytocompo™-PP suppresses characteristic stickiness of petroleum.

3 Butylene Glycol 10.00

 

Phase C    
4 Methylparaben 0.15
5 Water Up to 100

 

Phase D    
6 Petrolatum 32.00

 

Phase E    
7 Carbomer, 2%aq. KOH neutralization 10.00

 

Formulation method

(1) Disperse Phase A until uniforming. 
(2) Add Phase B to (1), and heat to approx. 70℃. And disperse.
(3) Heat Phase C at 70℃ and dissolve uniformly. 
(4) Heat Phase D  at 70℃.
(5) Gradually add (3) to (2). (Disper 4,500rpm, 30 sec, approx. 70℃)
(6) Gradually add (4) to (5) and emulsify  (Dispersing mixer 4,500rpm, 30 sec.   After application, 2000rpm, 2 min, approx. 70℃).
(7) Cool it down while stirring. 
(8) Add Phase E at 45℃ and stir.
