Formulation method

▽Cream Procedure

(1) Heat Phase A at 70℃ and dissolve uniformly. 
(2) Heat Phase B at 90℃ and dissolve uniformly. 
(3) Heat Phase A at 90℃ and gradually add Phase B while stirring with a  homomixer to emulsify.
(4) Cool down to 50℃ with paddle, and add Phase C and Phase D and stir with a paddle.

 

▽Liposome Lotion Procedure

(1) Heat Phase A at 70 - 75℃ to disperse uniformly.
(2) (1) is added into Phase B preheated at 80 ℃ while stirring. (homomixer, 1,000-3,000rpm, 1 min)
(3) Stir the solution at 70-80 ℃ for 15 min. (homomixer, 8,000rpm) Then, cool down.
