Formulation method

(1) Heat Phase A up to 80℃ and mix evenly. 
(2) Heat Phase B up to 80℃ and mix evenly.
(3) Add (1) to (2) and emulsify with homomixer.  Add Phase C, mix and cool down to 40℃.
